I’m Jackie, a pet portrait and wildlife artist originally from West Cork but now living in Co.Clare. I grew up on our rural family farm which instilled me with a love of nature and a passion for animals, especially horses and dogs! Through my background of growing up with and owning horses I have gained a valuable understanding of their anatomy, movement and their individual personalities.

My deep love of nature has inspired me to capture many beautiful animals on paper. From a cheeky donkey, startled hare, curious fox and many more.

Working from your photographs I aim to not only create a true likeness but  also bring out the character and soul of each individual animal.
